Board Certified Music Therapist, Ian Franklin Wilkerson, MT-BC, NMT, offers music lessons for children and adults with special needs, such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy or Down Syndrome, learning disabilities or emotionally challenged children. Guitar, Bass, Voice, Piano and Drums. Ian also offers music therapy for the elderly, promoting wellness and an improved quality of life.Ian helps seniors who struggle with Alzheimer’s (and/or memory loss), and depression through therapeutic songwriting, singing and improvising in music. Sessions are offered individually and in groups, Sunday through Thursday. Music Lessons and therapy sessions are provided at studio office locations in Oakland and Santa Rosa, CA.
